p4 Performance Measures

The p4 Performance Measures is a collaborative initiative between the Heinz Endowments and the City of Pittsburgh to develop a set of sustainability measures and an implementation system that will inform development investment decisions. ReMake served as a project manager to design and implement a process for the development of the Measures and the production of the final implementation systems.

Almono Development Site

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

A 178-acre redevelopment site along Pittsburgh's Monongahela River, the Almono brownfield site has a vision to create a global model for sustainable development. ReMake is serving as Project Director to advance the first phase of project development.

Colorado Resiliency Framework Plan

Location: Colorado, U.S.A

Client: Colorado Resiliency & Recover Office

Project Lead: Ecology & Environment, Inc.

The State of Colorado's first Resiliency Plan reflects multiple sectors that were supported by a state agency work group. While at E&E, Rebecca served as project manager and contributed to the writing and development of the plan. The Plan also served as the template for the development of three local plans, and the State's application to HUD for National Disaster Resiliency Competition funds, a process that was led by Rebecca, while at E&E. Colorado Resiliency & Recovery Office Strategic Plan

Location: Colorado, U.S.A

Client: Colorado Resiliency & Recovery Office

Project Lead: Ecology & Environment, Inc.

This project entails the development of a strategic plan to guide the State of Colorado's Resiliency & Recovery Office in the future delivery of state-wide resiliency programs and services. On this project, ReMake served as a subject matter expert, providing direction to strategic plan development. Please refer to the project website for more information.

NYSERDA Cleaner Green Communities Program Implementation

Location: New York, U.S.A

Client: New York State Energy & Research Development Authority (NYSERDA)

Project Lead: Ecology & Environment, Inc.

This project provided support to the distribution of a $90 million sustainable communities grant to advance smart development projects and programs across New York State. While at E&E, Rebecca directed support to NYSERDA for program start-up, development, and delivery. Please refer to the NYSERDA website for more information.

New York State Regional Sustainability Plans

Location: New York, U.S.A

Client: County government leads for the North Country, Mid-Hudson, Mohawk Valley, and Western New York regions of New York State

Project Lead: Ecology & Environment, Inc.

Regional sustainability plans were developed for ten regions in New York State. These plans included: GHG inventory, community engagement, strategy, and metric development for multiple areas of sustainability. While at E&E, Rebecca directed development of four of the plan's representing nearly half of the geographic area of New York State. Please refer to the NYSERDA website for more information.
